RETURNS POLICY

We have a 14-day exchange only policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for exchange. 

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at haloevangelinelondon@gmail.com If your return is accepted, please fill out the exchange form which can be found in your package and return it to us. It is mandatory that the exchange form is included in the package other wise we can't accept the exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will also not be accepted. We will not be held responsible for returns that do not reach us so we suggest returning to us using a tracked service.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defected, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

We are EXCHANGE ONLY as all items are custom made to order. We are more than happy to offer exchanges on size as long as you return your items in a resalable condition. 


Refunds

We do not offer refunds. We only offer exchanges. This is due to us being a made-to-order couture small business.
